These filters are used for purifications of compressed air by removing the oil traces in gaseous form. These specially developed cartridges contains a deep bed of eactivated carbon media which optimises the air velocity & contact time which after filration can result in oil levels down to 0.005 mg/m3. Designed for use where environments demand critically clean air. Used extensively in the hygiene, medical & pharmaceutical industries, the quality of air also meets international standards for breathing apparatus. Designed to deliver 0.005 mg/m3 maximum remaining oil content, these Activated Carbon Filters remove traces of oil in vapour form and associate taste and odour from the air stream. Installed after the Micro-Coalescors they are used in areas of critical applications.
